I entered my team through the on-line entry form but my payment failed. What should I do? First check to see if you received a confirmation from Authorize.net, our credit card clearing house. If you didn't don't try to re-enter your team as the system will tell you that it already exists. You should click on this URL
and make your payment. When making your payment please remember to identify your team name so we can easily match the payment with the entry.
I just tried to reenter my team but the system says my team already exists. What do I do? First thing you should do is check to see if after submitting your entry you received an auto feedback e-mail for that team. If you did that means your team is in the database. If you didn't receive an e-mail go to our website and check the rosters under the first letter of your team name. Check to see if the drivers listed for that team are your drivers. If they are not there is a good chance that someone else has already entered a team under that Team Name. You will have to pick another team name.
I mailed my entry in a few days ago and I don't see it listed on the site. How do I know my team is entered? We try to get the mailed in entries into the database as soon as possible. Early in the signup process we can keep up with the light volume, however, when we get to the last few days before the Daytona the flood gates open and it is difficult to keep up the pace. If you are concerned that your team isn’t listed, write us a quick e-mail and make sure you list the 8 drivers you selected and your team name and that should assure you that your team is entered. We will find your entry and confirm it is in. If we never received your entry, we have your drivers and we will just work out the payment and you will be all set.
I am playing more than one team and my payment just bounced. I want to make sure all my teams are in for the season. What should I do? It is always important to make sure your team is entered before the drop of the Green flag at Daytona. If you are having problems with the payment screen, enter all the teams and we will work the payment problem in the weeks following the start of the season. It is better to have the team in and be racing for the cash than to not get in and miss out.

Usually the week following the Daytona it is very difficult to answer all e-mails. We will do our best to get back to you but it could take up to a week to get to all the e-mails that flood in. I already entered but now I would like to switch a driver. Can I do that? You most certainly can as long as the Green Flag hasn’t dropped at Daytona. Once the green flag drops all entries are frozen. If it is before the drop of the green flag, just e-mail us with the change and we will update your team to include that change. The responsibility is yours to make sure the total value is within the budget of $10,000,000. If the change drives you over the $10,000,000 budget the move will be voided and the original drivers will stay intact.
The Daytona race is over and I don’t see the results posted. Can you tell me when they will be posted? As you know we are a national Fantasy Racing League. We get entries from the east and west coast. With the need to have a Saturday prior to the Daytona postmark on the mailed in envelopes, entries from the west coast that are mailed by the Saturday deadline can take several days to get to the east coast. In some cases we don’t receive the Saturday postmarked entries until mid week following the Daytona. In addition, we get a large volume of mailed in entries that come in Daytona weekend and we have to have all these entries keypunched into the system. What we promise is this. We will have all the entries loaded into the system with results in the week following race 2.
When will the results be posted on the website? The answer is the week following the 2nd race, and then the morning following the balance of the races. From race 3 to race 36 you can count on the results to be available early the morning following the race.
I can't remember the Team Name I selected. What should I do? The best thing to do is e-mail us using the handy side bar menu. Give us as much detail as possible so we can locate your team. First give us your name, then City and state. We will look it up and e-mail you back your team name.
